Visual Narrative: Requiem Aeternam

This was a carte-blanche assignment in my Advanced Motion Graphics course at Full Sail University. Basically, we were to choose a favorite song, piece, or narrative and make an animation to match it. I had always loved this Requiem Aeternam from Le Roi Soleil, and wanted to use it in one of my projects. I created a Gothic Edwardian-style silhouette story with mist effects in Photoshop and Illustrator to sketch a tragedy. Enjoy!
